I spend a lot of time in restaurants. Especially the pastry-shop kind. This provides lots of people-watching opportunities, as well as socio-annoying study.
And within these restaurants, I spend a lot of time at the beverage station, refilling things. And a lot of time waiting behind people who could use some gentle guidelines in beverage etiquette.
